THE POTS LIFE
Britney Zwergel MS, NDTR
Eating with POTS can feel hard. Nausea, dizziness, low appetite, blood sugar crashes, and hydration issues are common and food can quickly become stressful instead of supportive.
Nutrition with POTS isn’t about dieting or perfection. It’s about steady fuel, fluids, and electrolytes to support energy and daily function.
Britney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Penn State University and a dual Master’s in Nutrition and Health Care Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Inside The POTS Life™, she works with individuals navigating POTS and complex chronic illness. She understands that eating with nausea, dizziness, GI symptoms, and hydration challenges isn’t simple.
Her approach is practical and symptom-focused, centered on steady fuel and stability, not restriction. She collaborates directly with Dr. Kelsey to align nutrition with your exercise progression so your fueling supports each phase of care.
