Once you sign up our team will review your information & contact you if anything additional is required. Then you will receive your login information to your The POTS Life App™ where you will find your daily/weekly program & much more!
You will either need a recumbent/stationary bike at home OR to have access to one regularly. You will also need an appropriate Heart Rate monitoring device. It is recommended you use a watch to monitor HR while biking. For the strength training portion you will need small hand weights, exercise bands & ankle weights. We understand what it means to have POTS and how the symptoms can make you feel. The program is designed to build slowly and progress you at a pace that is tolerable for you & your symptoms.
YES! All exercises included in the strengthening program are safe for patients with POTS, EDS & MCAS.
Kelsey creates each individual program. Having POTS herself and going through treatment -- she has now created a program of her own in order to help others.
An individualized program will be created just for you which combines biking & strength training.

Think of it as a climb towards POTS "recovery," that we guarantee will be bumpy but we're here to guide you every step of the way.
One Day at a Time: When looking at the assigned month, it's natural to feel overwhelmed. However, the key is to focus on one day at a time. You don't have to look 30 days ahead; progress is made incrementally. It's perfectly OK if you take longer than 30 days to complete a section. What matters most is your dedication and steady progress.
Strength in Community: You're not alone in this journey. Our app hosts a community of individuals navigating through POTS programs, just like you. Share your triumphs, challenges, and everything in between inside the app.
