This includes, but is not limited to:

• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to user data

5. Website & Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to our platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for any downtime, technical issues, or temporary unavailability.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue access to the program at any time for any reason, including safety concerns or violation of these terms.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription through your account portal (Everfit platform). When you cancel, you will retain access for the remainder of your current billing period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
